Malasakit—a word deeply rooted in Filipino culture, often used to express genuine care and concern—is the same word that best describes Medflow as a healthcare partner that goes beyond expectations. At Medflow, we believe that healthcare is not just delivered; it is lived and shared with communities.
Medflow shows malasakit in ways far greater than simply meeting the needs of local hospitals, medical facilities, and local government units. We also support health advocacy through community events organized by our partners in the industry. This initiative highlights Medflow’s commitment to extending our service to the Filipino communities themselves. With our mission to make quality healthcare accessible to all, we strive to be present where communities gather for causes that matter.
In the recently held Hope Run 2025 last October, organized by the Julius K. Quiambao Medical and Wellness Center, Medflow served as the sole sponsor—providing more than a hundred thousand pesos worth of emergency kits for nearly a thousand participants, along with cash support to assist organizers with essential event expenses. This community-driven event was dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer, offering free medical screenings, and helping fund treatment of a selected breast cancer patient in Pangasinan.
Similarly, Medflow also served as a partner and sponsor for the Local Government of Agoo’s annual fun run for a cause. In 2024, Medflow sponsored all the singlets for the participants, and in 2025, we supported the event once again by providing finishers’ medals and cash prizes. The proceeds of this meaningful initiative were used to fund a series of medical missions for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) and senior citizens in the municipality.
