Product Specialist

Job Summary

The Product Specialist serves as the bridge between our product’s technical capabilities and our customers’ needs. You will be the resident expert on our product line, responsible for providing deep technical insights, conducting demonstrations, and supporting both the sales and product development teams to ensure market success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Expertise: Maintain an exhaustive understanding of product features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead product demonstrations and training sessions for clients, ensuring they understand the product’s value proposition.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Support: Act as a consultant for the Sales and Marketing teams to help close deals and create accurate promotional materials.
  • Feedback Loop: Collect and synthesize customer feedback to provide actionable insights to the Product Development team.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a product-centric role (Sales, Support, or Product Management).
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, persuasive language.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to understanding customer needs.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
